PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This Privacy Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data ("Privacy Notice") has been prepared by INTELLI SOFTWARE INC. ("Company"), registered at Ankara Trade Registry with the address Musafa Kemal Mah. Dumlupınar Bul. Mahall Business Center No:274 B Block Floor:13 No:146 Çankaya Ankara, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform and enlighten you about our personal data processing activities.
1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Intelli Software processes your personal data in compliance with the conditions and purposes specified under the KVKK, ensuring the accuracy and most current state of your personal data, and processing them in a lawful and fair manner. Your personal data is processed in a limited, proportionate, and purposeful manner, within the framework of the conditions and purposes prescribed by the relevant legislation, and efforts are made to process them with maximum care and to conduct audits accordingly.
1.1. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
When you contact us via the Intelli Software website (www.intelliyazilim.com) or use our ArchMaster application, the following personal data of yours is processed:

  • . The company and job titles where the user works
  • . Information obtained from surveys, cookie records, campaign studies, etc.

1.2. PROCESSING PURPOSE
Your personal data is processed by Intelli Software for the purposes of company management and representation, management of human resources processes, execution of contracts with customers and suppliers within the scope of company activities, provision and development of products and services, resolution of systemic issues, providing technical support, ensuring compliance with legal obligations as required by regulatory and supervisory authorities, fulfilling legal obligations, providing necessary information to regulatory and supervisory authorities, fulfilling legal requirements, fulfilling legal obligations in case of future legal disputes, conducting marketing and sales activities if prior consent is obtained, announcing new products and service campaigns, contacting for marketing purposes, obtaining statistical information by anonymizing data, and conducting market research and evaluations.
Within this context, Intelli Software may process your personal data based on reasons such as legal obligations arising from the KVKK, establishment and performance of contracts, fulfilling its legal obligations, your personal data being made public by you, and processing data for the legitimate interests of Intelli Software, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Beyond these, where the aforementioned processing conditions do not exist, Intelli Software may also process your personal data by obtaining your explicit consent to carry out additional activities to support its operations under Article 5/1 of the KVKK. In cases where data processing is based on explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Your personal data is collected, processed, and shared with third parties within the framework of the purposes related to the processing and limited to these purposes in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
2. METHODS OF COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data we collect and process from you may vary depending on your relationship with Intelli Software, the services you receive, and/or the contracts you enter into. These personal data can be collected, processed, and transferred in oral, written, or electronic form via email, call centers, online forms, and camera recordings, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice.
Additionally, during your visit to our website and to use the facilities on our website, your personal data may be requested from you.
3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. DOMESTIC TRANSFER
Transfer Not Based on Explicit Consent:
Except for your health data, your personal data may be transferred to Social Security Institution (SGK), tax offices, banks, business partners, relevant departments within the company, suppliers, law enforcement and security forces, judicial institutions, Turkish Statistical Institute, and related public institutions and organizations, law firms, and attorneys in case of legal disputes, and to financial consultants, sworn financial advisors, and auditing and consultancy firms for the purpose of fulfilling legal responsibilities and obligations arising from the business operations, within the scope of Article 8/2(a) of the KVKK, by taking adequate measures and ensuring compliance with the law, and without the need for your explicit consent.
Transfer Based on Explicit Consent:
Personal data such as customer identity and contact information may be transferred to suppliers providing advertising and marketing services during Intelli Software's activities, based on explicit consent under Article 8/1 of the KVKK. Data subjects may withdraw their consent for the transfer of their personal data to third parties for marketing purposes at any time.
3.2. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Intelli Software operates on the Microsoft Office 365 email network. In this case, all email communications conducted via Intelli Software's business email address are encrypted and stored on Microsoft servers at www.office.com, based on your explicit consent under Article 9/1 of the KVKK.
4. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Intelli Software is committed to ensuring the adequate level of security measures, including physical, technical, and administrative measures, to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data, unauthorized access to your personal data, and to safeguard the storage of your personal data.
Personal data is kept within the Company only accessible to limited personnel. After the processing period, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized as specified in the Company's Personal Data Protection and Destruction Policy.
Personal data collected through this website will be stored for a period of 10 years. In addition, special information texts (privacy notices) are prepared separately for each data subject group, containing separate retention periods for personal data belonging to each data subject group.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
As a data subject, in accordance with current legislation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
  • i. to request information about whether your personal data is being processed and the manner of processing (Article 11/(a), (b)),
  • ii. to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose (Article 11/c),
  • iii. to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred (Article 11/ç),
  • iv. to request correction (Article 11/d),
  • v. to request deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing cease to exist (Article 7, Article 11/e),
  • vi. to request notification of corrections and deletions to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred in case of correction and deletion (Article 11/f),
  • vii. to object to the results obtained through analysis (Article 11/g),
  • viii. to request the restriction of processing (Article 7),
  • ix. to demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing under the law.

Your aforementioned rights are limited by law and can only be provided by us within the scope of relevant legal provisions. Applications to our Company as the data controller regarding these rights can be sent by postal mail and/or email to the addresses specified below, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK. After your request reaches Intelli Software, a written or electronic response will be sent within thirty (30) days at the latest.
