Spatial planning is a critical process that determines how cities will be shaped in the future. The transition from traditional planning method to digital planning has been an important step for our country. However, digitalization of plan drawing alone was not enough to solve the problem of citizens' access to plans and the complexity of the planning process.
Türkiye's development plans are collected in a single center with E-Plan and presented to our citizens with a superior security and high-performance information infrastructure!
Thus, as digital transformation entered every aspect of our lives, the need to digitalize spatial planning processes arose. E-Plan Automation Systems is focused on solving exactly this problem.
As İntelli Yazılım, we have successfully completed the E-Plan Automation Systems Modernization Project, which is Turkey's largest Geographic Information Systems project.
So, What is the E-Plan?
E-Plan Automation System ensures that plan data produced by public institutions and the private sector are brought together on a common platform during the construction and approval process of spatial plans, and that plan processes are digitalized and archived.
In E-Plan, querying, viewing and analysis of relevant geographical plan data on base maps can be performed. This provides users with the opportunity to query plans and processes whenever they are connected to the internet.
In addition, many different institutions, organizations and planning offices in our country have the authority to make plans. This makes it very difficult to store and display plans in a holistic manner. All these plans are stored accurately, holistically and up-to-date in E-Plan.
As of today, over 20,000 users and over 110,000,000 geographical data from 2,070 institutions are registered in E-Plan Automation Systems, Turkey's largest Geographic Information Systems project.
As a result
E-Plan Automation System is an excellent example of digitalization and integration in spatial planning. It strengthens the cooperation between public institutions and the private sector, accelerates the planning process and increases efficiency. In addition, it contributes to strengthening a transparent management approach by facilitating citizens' access to data.
Thanks to this system, everyone is provided equal and easy access to information, which increases trust and participation in society. When planning the cities of the future, it will be possible to adopt a more transparent, accessible and coordinated approach thanks to innovative systems such as E-Plan.
